How a cross-border order runs
- Size the mat in millimetres and upload your logo in the online designer, or send the dimensions directly to the sales desk.
- Receive a formal quotation showing the area, the rate and the total in your currency.
- Approve the digital proof showing your logo on the exact mat dimensions.
- Settle the order — online for South Africa, or by EcoCash, USD or transfer for regional markets.
- Manufacturing runs 7-10 working days, then the consignment is dispatched with the documentation the border post requires.
Zimbabwe buyers
Zimbabwean customers can be quoted in USD, pay by EcoCash or USD cash, and collect from the Harare store on Cameron Street instead of waiting for a delivery. Ask the sales desk on WhatsApp for the current collection times.
What affects the regional lead time
Manufacturing time is the same everywhere. The variable is the road leg and the border. Plan for the 7-10 working day production window plus transit, and place orders for a fixed event date with slack in hand rather than at the last minute.
